Refund Policy

Web Faith Media desires to partner and serve you and your organization in the best way possible. We do that by combining incredible service and support for a low price. In this way, we make having a high-end website a reality for the many organizations and businesses we partner with and serve. In doing so, we sometimes encounter issues that may not be simple to resolve, resulting in an account cancellation. The following is our official refund policy.

First 48 Hours or Pre-Consultation

If it has been less than 48 hours AND you have not yet had your virtual consultation with a sales manager, you may request a refund of all fees except for domain name registrations. Domain names are purchased within minutes of your order and may not be refunded. Once the 48 hours have lapsed, OR you have had your consultation with a sales manager. None of the initial fees paid are refundable.

Post-Consultation Consideration

If the 48 hours have elapsed OR you have already had your consultation and still wish to submit your request for a full or partial refund, please get in touch with us immediately. Occasionally, a refund makes sense, and we are willing to negotiate a fair arrangement. Not all such requests will result in a refund, but we are open to considering your request. Again, we always want to serve you with integrity and good faith.

Chargebacks and Returned Checks

Returned checks, bank drafts, and chargebacks are assessed a $35 fee if returned unpaid. Chargebacks or non-payment of initial fees after the first 48 hours OR after the initial consultation with a sales manager will result in the cancellation of your account and an invoice for $500 for consulting time.

Canceling Your Account

Canceling your account with us is quick and easy. All cancellations must be done through the Cancellation Form, accessible from within your Control Panel in the Account Management section. Please allow for a 24-hour processing time after submitting your request. A representative will contact you to finalize your cancellation.

Billing Disputes

Contact us immediately for any questions regarding charges made to your credit card or bank account. We are happy to help you with any questions and even more pleased to correct any billing errors on our part. You may also access all past and recurring charges made through your account from within your website Control Panel. This information is provided to you 24/7 online.
